What does OSP stand for? 

OSP stands for Office of Student Programming. 

Where is OSP located? 

OSP is located in Rita Anne Rollins Building (RARB), suite 311. 

What are the OSP hours? 

OSP is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

How do I schedule an appointment? 

To schedule an appointment please visit our "make an appointment" link located at the top of the page. 

Where is Lost and Found? 

Lost and Found is located in faculty support in RARB suite 353.

When is the deadline to register for events? 

The deadline for event registration is 9 days before the date of the event. 

What do I do if I want to post flyers for events? 

All event flyers must be approved by the OSP prior to posting. Please bring 5 copies of the flyer to the OSP office and the office staff will assist you in posting the flyers. 

where do I go if I have questions about registration or degree requirements? 

For degree related questions, please visit the Registrars office located on the fifth floor of RARB. 

C3 Related Questions

When are C3 meetings and who can go to them?

C3 meetings are the first Friday of the month from 11am-1 pm. The voting members of the General Body include one representative from each degree program and class year, and one representative from each of Candler’s 13 student organizations. However, meetings are open for any student to attend.

Can student organizations make requests  for additional funding and if possible how do they do so?

If C3 has additional funds then student organization can make a request for additional funding. To make a request a member of the organization will need to send a proposal to the C3 Executive team one calendar week before the General Body Meeting to be reviewed before presenting the request at the meeting. 

Does C3 provide funding for student’s to attend conferences?

Yes! C3 can provide students with $500 a semester for three semesters for students to attend conferences. To apply for conference funding students will need to go to, login with your Emory login credentials, search for C3 in the search bar, click the button that says join now. After you have clicked the button an email is sent to the C3 President to approve the request to join the organization on orgsync. Once you have been approved you visit the C3 page on orgsync and click on the “Forms” tab. The first form that comes up is the Conference Funding Request form. You will need to fill out the form and complete a short essay to complete your request. If you are asking for funds to help with travel costs please ensure that you complete your request at least 8 weeks in advance.
